Doctor McAllister’s office is located in northwest Washington 80 miles south of the US border below Vancouver and 10 miles east of downtown Seattle at the Evergreen Orthopedic Center (EOC). EOC is located immediately off Highway 405 (exit 20 south, exit 20 B north). and is in close proximity to motels and restaurants where patients and families can enjoy their brief stay.

Once you are settled in your motel, the Evergreen Orthopedic Center is easily accessible by foot, and in some cases by motel transport services. Clinical Services

Physician Consultations
If you are seeking a physician consultation from Doctor McAllister, we suggest you send your complete medical history, along with any applicable X-ray films and laboratory test results. Once Doctor McAllister had reviewed your medical history, you will be immediately contacted about the recommended course of treatment and whether it is advisable to travel to the United States for treatment.

Physician Appointment
Once Doctor McAllister and you have determined treatment at the Evergreen Orthopedic Center is appropriate, we will schedule all of your physician appointments including diagnostic and laboratory tests and procedures, as well as surgical procedures if necessary. You can make these accommodations by returning to our home pages at www.jointcure.com.

If you require an in-patient hospitalization for your course of treatment, the Evergreen Orthopedic Center will make arrangements for your stay at the Evergreen Hospital, Center for Movement and Mobility www.evergreenhealthcare.com. where Doctor McAllister is affiliated.

Prices
You will be asked to provide information about payment and medical history prior to any medical treatment. After we have reviewed your medical report, we will be able to provide you with a list of items necessary for your medical care and estimated fees for service.

Follow-up Care
A customized recommendation for ongoing care will be presented to each patient upon discharge. All significant findings are documented in a confidential medical record and copies of the results with recommendations are presented to the patient. The report can be sent directly to the patient's personal physician for assessment and follow-up care. Doctor McAllister works directly with primary care and orthopedic specialists involved in your care. This ensures appropriate follow up care and physical therapy after surgery. Some patients may elect to receive ongoing care through the Evergreen Orthopedic Center.
